Hoch-poch style, and no systematic thread. Keeps jumping from one aspect to another.

This appears mostly to be various adaptations of principles of Vedic Astrology in a piece meal manner, and this must have fallen into disuse due to its confused approach, hence traditional astrologers have mostly given it a pass over. Possibly the word "Rare" is being applied as one rarely finds it in use because of its jumbed state.
